Overview

Cryptlex has several login surfaces for different audiences. Understanding who logs in where makes the rest of this section easier to follow.

Who logs in, and where

Your team logs in to the admin portal to manage your account.
Your customers and organization admins log in to the customer portal to view licenses and self-serve.
Resellers log in to the reseller portal to manage their customers. See Resellers.
End users inside your app authenticate through the Web API or through OIDC with LexActivator, typically for named user licensing.

You can let all of the above log in with your existing identity provider instead of Cryptlex credentials. Cryptlex supports:

Google SSO.
SAML SSO with auto-provisioning and role mapping. Organization admins can also configure SAML SSO for their own organization, so their users log in to the customer portal with the organization's own identity provider.
OIDC SSO, which works with LexActivator for in-app user authentication.
