Q. How am I billed?
You are billed in advance on a monthly basis after the end of your trial.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. For details please refer to our Refund Policy.
Q. What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. If you need to pay by other means, contact us.
Q. Are there any long term contracts?
No, we provide a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Q. How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account any time through the dashboard, under the Accounts tab. If you cancel your account it will be put in an inactive mode. This means you are no more charged, but your users will still be able to activate & deactivate their product keys, which have already been activated. You can re-enable your account any time.
Q. How does the 30 day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged. If you choose to continue, your account will be charged month-to-month, starting from the next day, when your trial ends. If you upgrade from a free plan to a paying plan you are not eligible for the 30 day free trial.
Q. Are the activations monthly?
No, each product key can have one or more activations, and the activations limit is total (not monthly). For example, the Basic plan has 2000 total allowed activations.
Q. Is there any per-user fees?
No, "users" are your employees at your company that will be logging in and using Cryptlex. For example, the Plus plan is $59/month for up to 5 users. That means you pay $59/month total no matter how many users you have as long as it's 5 or less.
Q. Can I change my plan any time?
Yes, you can Upgrade or Downgrade your plan any time. For instance, you can start with the Basic plan and upgrade when you need to.
